Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We do not share your SMS opt-in information or consent with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the ABLE Kids text messaging program. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Additional Disclosures: Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS Consent: We use your mobile number and SMS consent to send the text messages you have agreed to receive. We may provide this information to service providers solely to operate and deliver our text messaging service. We do not sell your mobile information or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sensitive Information in Text Messages: ABLE Kids uses text messages for routine communications, such as appointment reminders, scheduling updates, billing inquiries, and clinic updates. We aim to limit sensitive health information in these messages. For matters that require detailed discussion of a child’s care, please call us or use the secure communication method provided by your ABLE Kids team.
